What if I need a private space?

If you need private space, just look on our app to see if that venue has private space available. If so, feel free to check it out for your next meeting.

What is the difference between UnBound and other coworking spaces?

The biggest difference is our approach. UnBound is all about community. So, instead of spending loads of money on real estate to have big companies lease, we rather support the many beautiful local venues available.

What community things can I expect?

On top of getting some swag from us, feel free to participate in our community events. We have professional events, networking events, happy hours, and community highlights. All of this you’ll be able to see in our community app and forum.

Which cities is UnBound in?

UnBound is starting in Raleigh and Durham, N.C. But, with the way we are built, the community literally dictates where we head next.

What type of membership does UnBound offer?

We made it super simple for you. Feel free to join us for a day. Or if you’d like to join us for 1 month, 3 months, or annually you can do so. The longer your membership with us, the better the price. Hint Hint.

Is there a monthly time limit with my membership?

Nope. We’ve been to many coworking spaces and thought this was impractical. So, we got rid of it. Feel free to spend as many hours you’d like as long as it’s within the coworking hours of that venue. All membership plans include this.

We’ve got you covered. The front desk associate is prepared to make sure you have all the power you need. Just ask.

Venue Hosts FAQ

What information do we need to submit when we apply?

Once you fill out the generic form, you’ll be able to upload the necessary documents to move forward. We will need your business license, business insurance and any permit information on your venue.

Why should our venue join the community?

We positioned UnBound to help you. Our community is filled with your neighbors, influencers and some really cool individuals who are looking to work out of venues like yours. Opening your doors to our community just means opening your business to growth.

What can we expect during the venue review?

We just want to check out the venue beforehand. It will give us a sense of the layout and the ambiance you have. Well also look for less obvious things like access to power outlets (which is a must). Hint Hint.

How does my venue get paid?

Similar to how ridesharing companies pay drivers, UnBound pays the venue. For every UnBound member that comes to your venue to work for the day, we’ll pay you. At the end of the month, we’ll tally it up and send you your check.

What does it cost to be a host venue?

Absolutely nothing. Just join and let our community come in.

Does our venue have to set anything up?

Nope. We’ve built it into our model to set up shop in your venue. Heck we even thought about internet access, front desk service, coffee and more.

Do we have to be onsite?

It is recommended that a representative for your venue always be onsite for the coworking hours.

Can I invite other people to cowork through UnBound?

Absolutely! Tell everyone about UnBound and how we are collaborating to change the way coworking and the community combine forces. Just remember, the more UnBound members that come to your location, the more you earn.
